Order Management Officer

 Join our Asia Pacific Operation Office in Macao as our Order Management Officer, and make an immediate impact on our trusted brands: OXO, Hydro Flask, Osprey, Honeywell, PUR, Braun, Vicks, Hot Tools, Drybar, Curlsmith, and Revlon. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Servicing organization’s customers by ensure timely Purchase Order placement and managing all details in regards to Purchase Orders to suppliers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for purchase order processing which includes receiving planned order from subsidiaries, verifying order details, updating orders in system and ensuring accuracy and updated information in the ERP system. More complex type of purchase order processing for Senior Officer.
2. Process and release purchase order for an assigned business unit. Multiple business units for Senior Officer.
3. Manage and mitigate any purchase order issues and problems.
4. Generate reports on purchase order history and statistics for continuous improvement.
5. Manage purchase order change including but not limited to cost change and version change.
6. Ensure quick turnaround of service to release purchase order.
7. Execute continuous improvement focus for selected supplier.

Experience or skills required
1. At least 2 - 4 years working experience with relevant industry/function.
2. Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document
3. Working knowledge of ERP system (Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage)
4. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
5. Good team player and communication skill
6. Basic knowledge about Oder Management.
