Job Description: • Together with the Food Safety & Hygiene department, manage overall health and safety, food safety, standards within the hotels (mainly focused in kitchen operations) • Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health and safety policy • Minimize number of customer complaints caused by food borne illness, actively reduce guest complaints relating to health and safety and food hygiene • Carry out food poisoning investigations as required and analyzing Hazard Analysis information • Liaise with facilities department to test fire and sprinkler systems and ensure they are on track with fire detection/prevention measures • Monitor and document results following safety audits • Conduct food sampling of all hotel kitchens to ensure the health and safety compliance • Tutor basic food hygiene courses for relevant hotel staff • Work with the Executive Chefs, Executive Sous Chefs, Chef de Cuisines, Sous Chefs, Executive Steward, Outlet Managers to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors Job Requirement: • Bachelor degree certification in Food Safety & Hygiene or related discipline • Previous experienced in Food Safety & Hygiene and hotel environment is an advantage • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge • Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Diligent attention to detail and safety • Able to work on shift Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827115
