Qualifications and Skills • Proficiency in developing and maintaining a high performing wine program, including cost management, inventory rotation, cellar management systems, and curation of seasonal or tasting menu wine pairings aligned with the restaurant’s culinary direction. • Strong leadership and training abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff, conducting pre service tastings, delivering structured wine education sessions, and ensuring the entire front of house team meets the venue’s service and beverage standards. • Have casino F&B working experience (better to have Macau working experience) • Good looking with Friendly Communication Skill, Experience in the similar operation as captain or above for at least 3 years.
