工作內容

• 確保正確操作自動洗碗機清洗餐盤、杯子、碟子、銀器等
• 清除碟上的食物殘渣，以人手清洗或將它們置於適當的器具、清潔劑，並將其移到自動洗碗機進行清洗
• 清洗工作臺，水池，牆身，天花板，通風口，冰箱和模具
• 負責清倒垃圾，確保每天補充抺手紙和洗手液
• 用抛光機、化學劑、拋光輪或布令銀器光亮

• Proper handling of the automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth or on conveyor to automatic dishwashing machine
• Washes worktables, sinks, walls, ceiling, air vents, refrigerators, and meat blocks
• Responsible for emptying garbage and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth

• Experience in stewarding department roles is preferred
