Responsibilities:

• Assist the visitors, dealing with incoming calls, post, email, and faxes, and taking minutes and dictation in meetings
• Ensure smooth operations by resolving day-to-day operational issues, coordinating across departments or operational units, and addressing administrative problems
• Preparing, transcribing, composing, typing, editing and distributing minutes and agendas of numerous meetings
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews, meetings, events, appointments, and other similar tasks for supervisors
• Maintaining and examining leased equipment, purchasing supplies, assure completion of requisitions where deemed necessary
• Work with the (Director of F&B / Director of Culinary) to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with
• Ensure a professional attitude and proper meeting Company appearance
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

• Preference for relevant professional qualifications in hotel management or related professional training certificate
• Previous experienced in administrative support activities is an advantage
• Good in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Good computer and system skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and fire procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills or coordinating ability
• Diligent attention to safety and detail
• Work at a computer terminal during the shift and sit for long periods of time
