職責：

• 為廚房組員準備及打點每天營運所需，確保工作環境的安全性
• 確保出品的佳餚外觀達到專業水平
• 依照既定程序，負責廚房每天開、關店的一切準備
• 確保廚房環境整潔
• 根據食物衛生安全廳的標準處理一切食物
• 記錄被消耗的食材
• 在需要時候協助顧客下單

職位要求：

• 高中畢業或同等學歷
• 最少2年廚房操作經驗，具備5星級企業工作經驗優先
• 有基本烹飪知識
• 良好的粵語水平；懂普通話/英語優先
• 需輪班工作

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Food Handler

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management and kitchen team in running the daily operation to ensure a positive and safe working environment
• Ensure that all dishes you create are created and presented on spec to Standards
• Responsible for setting up and closing the kitchen in line with daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring that you are keeping the kitchen area and your section clean and tidy
• Operating your section and preparing food in accordance with H&S and Food safety standards
• Recording any waste in the wastage book
• Assist with putting orders away and placing orders when needed

Job Requirements:

• Secondary school graduated or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experiences in kitchen operation preferably in 5-star standard establishment
• Basic cooking knowledge
• Good communication in Chinese; capable to communicate in English/Mandarin is an advantage
• Required to work on shift
