Requirement:

• Related experience in a luxury hotel or relevant industry
• Provide luxury hospitality beverage service, throughout the restaurant/bar, maximizing guest’s experience.
• Participate into the creation of new cocktails and the sourcing of new products.
• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift
