Key Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the team and will have to maintain a constant standard of performance
• Report to the supervisor any complaints, problems or comment 
• To assist the colleagues at all times in the preparation cooking and presentation
• To train and control the work of the subordinate
• To assist, lesson and obey the sous-chef
• To understand and respect his schedule 
• To know and understand the content of the menus

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a western restaurant
• Good knowledge of western cuisine and wine
• Secondary school graduate or above
