Our client is a distinguished five-star hotel located in Macau, they are now seeking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and adherence to high-quality standards.
Assist in managing and training restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations, guaranteeing timely delivery of food and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both local and international guests.
Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including basic knowledge of wine and beverage service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
