Our client is a distinguished five-star hotel located in Macau, they are now seeking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and adherence to high-quality standards.

• Assist in managing and training restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations, guaranteeing timely delivery of food and maintaining guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both local and international guests.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including basic knowledge of wine and beverage service.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
