Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects and functions of the Bar in accordance with hotel standards. • To direct, control and co-ordinate all beverage activities at the bar, ensuring that all beverage orders for the guests meet the standards. • To create the beverage offerings and monitor the consistency of the them. • Ensure bar staff is working together as a team; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen, respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching bar team members. • Assist in creating bar menus, SOP and other standards. Job Requirements: • College/University degree and above. • Minimum 6 years’ experience in related professional area. • Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese. • Related bartending / WSET certificate.
