Job Responsibilities: • Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. • Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. • Restock bar with liquor and supplies according the par and following property standards; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. • Complete bar opening and closing duties according to the standards. Job Requirements: • College/University degree and above. • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Food & Beverage area. • Good command of spoken and written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. • Excellent communication skills.
