Job Responsibilities: • To follow hotel policies and procedures and work practice. • Make sure production charts are closely followed and adhered to. • Make sure all food is prepared by recipes designated by supervisor. • Set up station properly and on time for each service period. • Be able to work in another area when needed and take part in cross-training when directed. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements: • Secondary school above or Culinary education is preferred. • Experience in the same position in a five-star hotel. • Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin. 工作職責: • 遵守酒店政策以及工作規程。 • 嚴格按照生產操作流程製作食品。 • 嚴格按照食譜準備食物。 • 每次上菜前及時清理工作臺。 • 按要求參加崗位培訓,需要時能調至其他部門協助工作。 • 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。 工作要求: • 高中或相等學歷要求;擁有廚房知識教育背景優先。 • 擁有五星級酒店工作經驗。 • 在廣東話和國語方面有良好的溝通技巧(口語及聽力) 。
