Jobs Description: - Responsible for managing different functions within the F&B training team, developing training programs, establishing industry partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of F&B training are maintained and supporting F&B operation team to achieve service excellence and team member development - Develop and execute the strategic vision and goals for the F&B training program, aligning it with the overall organizational objectives - Provide leadership and guidance to the training team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs, courses, and workshops - Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and industry-relevant training content - Continuously evaluate and enhance the training curriculum to ensure its alignment with brand standards and evolving needs - Ensure adherence to brand standards, industry regulations, and accreditation requirements for the F&B training program - Develop and manage the training program's budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, training equipment, and facilities - Identify and recommend investments in training infrastructure, technology, and resources to enhance training effectiveness.• Extensive experience in F&B training or Training & Development, with a focus on program management and leadership - Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, culinary trends, and best practices Job Requirement: - Experience in F&B Operation is preferred - Good spoken in English and Chinese - Good at leadership and training skill - Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Strong business acumen, including budgeting, resource management, and partnership development - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of accreditation processes and quality assurance in educational settings is an advantage - Professional hospitality training and certification (e.g., hospitality school diploma or degree) - Bachelor degree in hospitality management or equivalent
