Our client, a renowned hotel in Macau, is currently seeking a Head Chef for their Chinese Kitchen as part of their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for preparing Chinese dishes.
Ensure consistent quality and professional production.
Take full responsibility for the kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience in Food and Beverage, particularly in a hotel setting, is preferred.
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Chinese Kitchen Chef.
