Job Responsibilities: • Assist Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with kitchen operations as necessary. • Recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavour. • Actively involved in training the pastry associates on the fundamentals of Western cuisine techniques and excellent plate presentations. • Enforce the Hotel food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements: • Culinary education preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in the same position of field. • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a reputed 5* Hotel. • Good communication skills (verbal and listening and writing) in Cantonese and Mandarin. • Basic English spoken & listening required. 工作職責: • 協助行政總廚及行政副總廚維持廚房的運營。 • 注重食品的質量,呈現方式及風味。 • 積極參與員工的培訓,注重製作西餐技巧及完美的呈現。 • 執行酒店食物製備及呈現方式的指南,以確保提供給客人品質如一的美食。 • 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。 工作要求: • 擁有廚房知識教育背景優先。 • 在相同的領域內至少擁有三年工作經驗。 • 至少兩年五星級酒店工作經驗。 • 在廣東話和國語方面有良好的溝通技巧(口語,聽力及書寫) 。 • 基本英語聽說能力。
