Lotus - 兼職餐飲服務員

職責：
 
  • 熱情款待客人並主動提供菜單
  • 接聽電話: 如菜單、備料和價格查詢及客人預訂
  • 根據客人喜好推薦本餐廳特色菜餚
  • 為客人提供是日或當季精選
  • 將準備好的菜餚和飲料送到餐桌上
  • 保持餐檯清潔和餐具擺盤
  • 保持餐廳整潔衛生
  • 協助客人挑選菜餚
  • 確保客人用餐滿意，並及時處理客人額外的菜單
  • 收拾檯面用過的碗碟、玻璃杯和餐具等
  • 保持團隊合作，確保樓面和廚房之間有良好的溝通
  • 處理結帳並確保金額正確無誤
  • 隨時配合餐廳營運需要
