Our client, a leading Portuguese restaurant in Macau, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee their front-of-house operations and contribute to the overall business strategy and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, managing customer relations and collaborating with the kitchen team to achieve the restaurant's goals.

• Manage front-of-house staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, leave records, and attendance monitoring for payroll purposes.

• Monitor revenue, reconcile daily cash receipts with the POS system, and collaborate with the Finance team to complete operational budgets.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good Mandarin proficiency

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Proficient in financial management and budgeting

要求:
