Job Responsibilities: • To welcome and seat guest upon arrival at the table. • To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and/or food order from the menu. • To take the food or beverage order from the guest, ensuring that the order is accurate and has been double checked. • To record the order on the appropriate captain's order as outlined within the Restaurant operating policy. • To process the captain's order as per the cashier’s policy, as outlined in the restaurant policy. Job Requirements: • High school diploma, related working experience in food and beverage, or related professional area. • 1 year of experience of the same position in a similar field. • Good communication skill in Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing. 工作職責: • 為賓客提供優質的餐飲服務體驗。 • 在客人到達時歡迎客人就座。 • 協助客人從菜單中選擇飲料和食物。 • 接收客人的食品或飲料訂單,確保訂單準確無誤地紀錄。 • 按照餐廳營運政策規定,將訂單記錄在適當的系統上。 • 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。 工作要求: • 高中文憑,有餐飲或相關專業領域的工作經驗。 • 1 年相關職位的工作經驗。 • 良好的粵語、普通話和英語溝通技巧(口語、聽力及寫作)。
