Our client, a renowned hotel in Macau, is currently seeking a Western Chef for their F&B Kitchen as part of their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Take on the primary responsibility for preparing and cooking Western dishes.
Ensure the consistent quality and professional presentation of all dishes.
Assume full accountability for the overall kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a hotel environment, is highly desirable.
