Our client, a renowned hotel in Macau, is currently seeking a Western Chef for their F&B Kitchen as part of their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Take on the primary responsibility for preparing and cooking Western dishes.

• Ensure the consistent quality and professional presentation of all dishes.

• Assume full accountability for the overall kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Prior experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a hotel environment, is highly desirable.
