Job Description: • Design innovative curriculums, programs, or learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities, key results, cultural values, and diversity & inclusion. • Design impactful instructional material that focuses on skill development and behavior change that will drive business impact • Develop cost-effective initiatives to foster a culture of agile learning (e.g. bite-sized learning events, multi-disciplinary learning groups to implement classroom learnings) • Align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs • Facilitate discussions that identify expectations and help determine the best/right solution to ensure desired outcomes • Ensure the production of quality training courseware for L&D, departmental facilitators and participants of learning programs • Collaborate with others to create prototypes, iterate, and seek feedback from product owners, team members, and stakeholders throughout the design process • Communicate effectively with clarity, credibility, and timeliness • Analyze and select technologies to effectively support engaging delivery for synchronous and asynchronous learning • Measure learning outcomes aligned with business impact; analyze results and communicate to key stakeholders • Embody a growth mindset and demonstrate the ability to inspire others • Support AVP to formulate learning & organizational development strategy and design intervention to implement the strategy • Ensure the quality of learning via developing and managing quality standards and procedures, giving strategic advice and consulting to continuously improve the quality, consistency, new ways of working and value/effectiveness of the training to enable the strategic needs • Lead a research and development function and create a library of up-to-date reference resources (studies, articles, videos, templates) relevant to learning & development • Assist with all reasonable duties as instructed by AVP, Learning & Development Job Requirement: • University Degree or above, major in Human Resources or Leadership Development is preferred • Possess DISC Behavioral Analysis Certification • Possess Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification • Possess Accelerated Learning Model Certification • Minimum of 5 years working experience in learning & development, instructional design, or human resources in multi-national companies with diversified and labour intensive workforce such as aviation and theme parks • Prior experience in performance management or evaluation metrics is a plus • Positive Attitude & Creative • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Excellent Computer Skills, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Good knowledge of Learning Management System and Performance Management System • Good knowledge of new technologies and tools such as Kahoot, Survey Monkey in order to capture millennial needs and expectations • Able to function well as part of a team • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service orientation and attention to details • Strong organization and analytical skills • Able to present to large audience Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827116
