Job Responsibilities: · Assists in development and implementation of approved organization-wide associate relations policies and practices. · Advises and supports all parts of the business on associate relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues. · Conducts exit interviews on all voluntary separations, to ensure proper information is captured and recorded. Track and analyzes the results to identify trends and issues; shares information with appropriate management staff. · Develops and implements recognition programs for non-management and management associates (including the length of service program); suggests modification on existing programs or introduces new concepts on a regular basis to maintain associate interest and involvement. · Develops and implement activities, company policy & procedures, and strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce and maintain a positive working environment. · Planning and responsible on company’s activities such as associate appreciation week, annual party, and other associates’ activities. Job Requirements: · Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. · Minimum of 6 years Human Resources experience in large organization at supervisory level, including 2 years of associate relations experience. · Highly skilled in interpersonal relations and communications; able to influence, build trust and manage conflict. · Strong attention to detail and well-organize. · Macau ID holder only.
