    China Taiping Life Insurance (Macau) Company Limited (Abbreviated as “TPLMO”) was established in Macau in 2019. TPLMO is one of the professional life insurance subsidiaries under China Taiping Insurance Group Co., Ltd (Abbreviated as “China Taiping”), to carry on life insurance business in Macau.

Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the agency recruitment target.
  • Assist department head to formulate the agency recruitment indicators, entry requirements and compose recruitment guideline.
  • Ensure correspond to market management plan, coordinate related departments for agency recruitment advertisement.
  • Collect effective recruitment channels or methods to design, organize and implement programs/activities to meet actual needs of the Company.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities (such as recruitment seminars, job fairs and campus recruitment), designing recruitment tools and liaise with the external suppliers/organizers.
  • Assist in coordinating and developing of strategic recruitment plan, including the collection, integration and analysis of recruitment materials to match the company's business development strategy.
  • Regularly review the commission mechanism and implement measures to monitor the progress of cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned by supervisors (including handling sales).
  • Comply with Macau’s law, regulations or codes of various regulatory agencies, relevant risk and compliance management policies and procedures, and related rules and regulations; Identify and control potential risks in work, and promptly report to management in order to make corrections and follow up accordingly.

Requirements:


  • University graduate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in recruitment, experience within insurance industry is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a definite advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
