Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Officer Duties and Responsibilities: -Verify staff attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves. -Precisely calculate and process payroll, including commissions, taxes, employee benefits, leaves, and other relevant payroll information. -Maintain payroll records, generate payroll reports, and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the payroll system. -Handle records related to Social Security Funds and Taxes, such as M2/M2A and M3/M4. -Monitor payroll procedures and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements, staying updated with changes in Macau's Labour Law. -Respond to payroll-related inquiries and promptly resolve any issues. -Participate in ad hoc and special projects aimed at enhancing payroll processes and other HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: -A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Finance is preferred. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll-related positions, preferably in the retail sector. -Familiarity with Macau's Labour Law and regulations. -Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay attention to detail. -Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. -High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Macau ID holder. -Fluency in Cantonese & English and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
