HR Associate 人力資源助理
Description:
The HR Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering an engaging workplace culture. Responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
Assisting in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documents, such as contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork
Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
Conducting onboarding activities to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the team
Managing and maintaining HR systems and data with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting with compliance to labor laws and internal HR policies.
Participating in employee engagement initiatives and supporting performance appraisal processes
Supporting payroll processing and maintaining accurate attendance and leave records
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative HR role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment is preferred
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

為招聘、員工關係及福利管理等各人力資源職務提供行政支援。
協助準備和維護相關員工資料及人力資源文件,如合同、入職資料和離職文件。
支援招聘過程,包括協調招聘發佈、面試安排以及聯絡求職者。
舉行入職活動,確保新員工順利融入團隊。
管理和維護人力資源系統及數據,以求資料準確無誤並保密。
配合遵守勞動法例及內部人力資源政策。
參加員工參與計劃並協助績效評估核程序。
支援薪金處理並維持出勤和休假記錄準確。
要求:
持人力資源、商業管理或相關領域的文憑或學位。
具人力資源行政工作經驗,具專業服務或法律環境工作經驗者優先。
熟悉澳門勞動法例及人力資源最佳實務。
熟練操作人力資源系統及Microsoft Office辦公軟件(Word、Excel、Outlook等)。
具出色組織能力及對工作細心。
善於人際溝通,能慎重處理敏感事宜。
能夠按輕重緩急安排工作及在壓力下有效工作。
