Job Descriptions: • Responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies, manpower planning & channels for our department store and Japanese restaurant in Macau; • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding; • Work closely with stores and restaurant for facilitating and expediting recruitment process by building up a strong candidate pool and smooth operations to achieve business objectives; • Handle and manage the working visa applications; • Handle staff enquires and organize the staff engagement activities; • Prepare various HR reports for management review; • Collaborate with the HR Officer to address staff attendance matters, manage employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture; • Maintain HR system and proper employee records; • Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required by HR Manager Job Requirements: • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline; • 3-4 years of relevant experiences, preferably in a supermarket, F&B, FMCG or sizable retail company; • Well-versed knowledge in Macao Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations; • Experience in handling the working visa applications; • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese word processing • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; • Immediate availability is preferred We offer attractive benefits package and 5-day work week.
