Human Resources Assistant (Fix-term contract)
(Working Period: October to December, 2026)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for staff counter services including staff enquiries concerning staff meal coupons, uniforms, lockers, leave, medical and other benefits entitlement
• Handle staff insurance claims, premium payments, reporting and resolving of work injury cases
• Manage staff's uniform laundry and issue of job reference letter
• Provide other HR administration work including filing, expenses claim and reimbursements
• Provide general support to all HR related functions and activities such as staff birthday party, Christmas party and annual staff dinner etc.
• To assist other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Possess hands-on experience in HR is preferable
• Self-motivated, responsible and customer focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese word processing
