POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support to the manager on all Administration related issues in accordance with the company policies and procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain in-house administration of procurement and equipment maintenance. • Supervise services functions including team member dinning, office equipment and supplies, printing, team members shuttle, locker facilities. • Handle the business card request from BU, check to ensure the business card from Vendor is correct and accordance with the established SOP. • Ensure all application of access card and access are processed in accordance with the established SOP, and all appropriate approvals are obtained. • Allocate and management of TMs lockers • Monitor the TMs' shuttle services and work with Transportation team. • Coordinate with BUs/Depts on office seating plan and telephone directory updating and prepare the relevant report. • Handle the application, parking bay allocation and parking data of TM Carpark. • Support the HR Admin tasks in GM, BW and GICC. • Handle the TM feedback regarding the TM facilities. • Ensure all office consumables i.e. stationery, copying papers, toners are stock to correct levels and appropriately stored. • Perform analysis in the office administration area to ensure the best quality of service and recommend courses of action in the most effective manner. • Assist in supporting team members facilities management. • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assignments as and when required. REQUIREMENTS: • Degree holder. • Minimum of 4 years hands on administration experience. • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient in both English and Chinese. • Good in Microsoft application. • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to maintain confidential information.
