Sales Associate 销售顾问

崗位職責：
 
  • 熱情接待每一位顧客，提供專業的購物諮詢、個性化搭配建議與優質服務，創造超越期待的品牌體驗，以達成個人與團隊銷售目標。
  • 熟練掌握 Balmain 品牌歷史、設計理念、產品線及當季新品，成為顧客信賴的時尚顧問。
  • 主動挖掘並深度理解客戶需求，透過精準推薦、關聯銷售與會員維護，提升客戶忠誠度與回購率。
  • 協助完成店鋪日常營運工作，包括貨品陳列、庫存整理與盤點、收銀支援及活動執行，確保店鋪環境始終符合品牌的全球視覺與服務品質標準。
  • 具備良好的團隊合作精神，積極執行上級的工作安排與指示，高效完成分配的任務，並共同確保店鋪貨品與資產安全。

崗位要求：

  • 三年及以上高端奢侈品或精品零售行業工作經驗，熟悉高客單價產品（如成衣、鞋履、手袋）的銷售模式。
  • 對 Balmain 和時尚品牌有濃厚興趣，願意主動學習品牌知識與產品。
  • 具備優秀的人際溝通能力與親和力，能敏銳洞察客戶需求，建立長期信任關係。
  • 中英文流利者優先（普通話標準，能進行簡單英文交流）。
  • 工作細緻、責任心強，能適應快節奏零售環境，具備良好的團隊協作精神。
