Assist the HR & Administration Manager to supervise the team to deliver effective and efficient service in full spectrum of HR & Administration. Responsibilities: • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process • Coordinate external training for staff; • Developing programmes that enhance employee relations; • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration; • Implement HR Policy and Procedure to ensure compliance with legal requirements; • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance documentation; • Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers; • Assist in preparing regular HR reports and budget for department head review; • Handle Group insurance items, annual renewal, benchmarking exercise and regularly review the policy coverage to minimize potential risk; • Proactively manage, filter, file and reply to business emails received by the Principal as requested or when he is traveling or out of the office; • Greet and welcome office guests, with an emphasis on making a highly positive and professional impression; • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including hard copy and electronic filing, collating expense items, managing contacts, etc, placing a strong emphasis on paperless systems and streamlining and automating processes; • Support department head on other ad hoc projects; Requirements: • Holder of Bachelor Degree; • Minimum 3 years experience in full spectrum of HR functions (C&B, recruitment, training & development etc.); • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English; • Well-versed with MS office and Chinese word processing, advanced user of Microsoft Excel is preferred; • Responsible, independent, well organized, self-initiative and details-oriented; • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Excellent analytical ability, positive attitude and willing to learn; • Immediate available is highly preferred;
