POSITION SUMMARY
SAP Human Capital Management System (HCM) administration, customization, documentation, authorization governance and training.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
• Support the operations of Galaxy Entertainment Group’s HCM System, which includes but are not limited to:
• Administer HCM system and user accounts on daily basis.
• Act as a focal point to communicate with the technical teams of Information System and Technology Department to resolve and technical issues.
• Act as a focal point to support and communicate with HCM end-user on a timely basis.
• Conduct end –user training on HCM functions.
• Collect user requirements and prepare technical specifications relating to HCM enhancements and integration projects.
• Coordinate and perform user acceptance tests.
• Document and control HCM application and user account changes.
• Govern and manage user account access to ensure compliance with HR policy guidelines.
• Maintain established user and system administration procedures as well as implement new procedures for improvement.
• Perform business analysis and make recommendations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc HCM Projects as directed.
• Perform health check and monitor the proper running of HCM system.
• Provide post- implementation support, compile and maintain project documentation.
• Support planning and delivery of user training.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree holder in IT/MIS/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience preferably in IS&T area
• Knowledge of relevant SAP HCM functions, customization, and configurations design will be an advantage
• Able to design and create effective project documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English(written and spoken)
