Specialist - HR and Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding, etc.
  • Act as HR Business Partner, working closely with business units to provide strategic HR support, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive administration support to Macau office, including office supplies management and facilities coordination, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in Macau.
  • Strong knowledge of Macau labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Experienced in providing administration support.
