Store HR Manager

Our client is a reputed international retail group, they are now seeking for a Store HR Manager to join them in Macau and offering attractive salary and benefits package.



  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations and day-to-day operation.

  • Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines and relevant business plans relate and come together in Macau HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to.

  • Together with store manager, prepare and secure an up-to-date succession process plan by influencing managers to take the lead with special focus on developing talents and high-performing potentials.

  • Be a business partner for the Store manager, contribute to the unit management team in an inspiring, supportive and challenging way.

  • Influence store management team to continuously develop local leadership capabilities within their function according to business needs.

  • Participate in annual salary surveys.

  • Consolidate & analyze HR data and reports.

  • Monitor staff performance and build up relationship.

  • Strengthen communication channels and facilitate learning activities to foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.



  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 8 years' HR experience with at least 5 years in management role, preferably in retail industry.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management experience.

  • Proven experience in combining both process & results orientation successfully.

  • Experienced in creating & implementing mid-term plans, setting budgets and following up goals.

  • Understanding of P&L accounts.

  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of the team as well as independently.

  • Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards changes & challenges.
