Responsible for creating and implementing training programs, setting and evaluating performance standards, supporting overall business strategy and assisting staff development to enhance long term career with Dior. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager. Requirements: - Tertiary education preferable - Minimum 5 years’ retail frontline experience and training experience preferably in luxury retail industry - Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literacy is a must - Mature and able to work independently - Able to inspire and lead others to achieve challenging results - Confident articulate and clear communication skills with all levels of employees - Motivating with positive attitude - Good public speaker - Strong organizational skills - Passion for fashion
