DO YOU MATCH THIS PROFILE?
Do you have at least 3 years’ experience in boutique/supervisory at luxury service or field coach training?
Do you have a passion for jewelry, arts and culture?
Do you have strong communication skills, knowledge of selling skills, luxury service etiquettes?
Do you enjoy working in a fast moving and collaborative environment?
Are you proficient in English and Cantonese as well as fluent in Mandarin?

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Reporting to Retail Manager, Macau and dotted line to Boutique Sales Coach, Hong Kong & Macau, you will be responsible
• Understand retail strategy and participates with local retail team to ensure deliverance of Maison servicing standards in all boutiques
• Define the annual plan for coaching for all boutiques in Macau
• Develop and implement VCA personalize service that goes beyond client’s expectation
• Listens to, observes and evaluates the coachees in real life and role plays
• Analyses and debriefs with the Boutique Managers and coachees, identifies axes of improvement
• Draws up individual action plans for the Boutique and coachees
• Facilitate classroom training, specials session and workshops as needed
• Develop/conduct local training as needed
• Provides Retail Manager and Boutique Sales Coach, Hong Kong & Macau, with regular feedback on coaching sessions
• Regularly monitors the Guest Experience Feedback results and provides stakeholders with the results and indicates potentials of improvement with action plans
• Maintain coaching record
