Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute the policies and observe the guidelines set by the Cinema Management Committee
- Oversee the efficient day to day control of cinema activities - including box office and conession sales, customer satisfaction, safety, facilities maintenance, human resources management, staff training and marketing initiatives to ensure  optimum profit
- Responsible for the management and P&L with emphasis on new business and customer base development
- Work closely with operations, marketing and other key internal functions in order to deliver excellent services to customers to generate maximum turnover & profit
- Work closely with HK distributors in making prompt film booking and meet the special needs of the Macau market
- Organize (with sponsorship partners where appropriate) and execute gala premieres, celebrity appearances and other red carpet events to promote Galaxy Macau
- Control and monitor movie release schedule to maximize revenue
- To take an active role in organizing film events by cooperating with relevant authorities (private and government) such as Macau Film Festival and China Film Festival


Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years' cinema experience, in which 5 years’ in leading a sizable team
- Good team player, with strong leadership skills and eagerness to strive for success
- Knowledge and experience in cinema licensing
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin 
- Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
