營運主任 Operations Officer

主要職責 Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the technical operations included but not limited to installation, maintenance and repairing

監管及協調技術部門的日常運作，包括且不限於安裝、維護及維修工作

Supervise the operations team and assure discipline, operations efficiency, accuracy and quality

監督技術團隊的工作，確保團隊的紀律、營運效率、準確性及工作品質

Handle the pre-selling jobs which are initiated by company, engage and support the Business Development team to achieve sales target

處理公司安排的售前工作，配合並支援業務拓展團隊達成銷售目標

Ensure the standardization and optimization of working procedure for whole Tech-team via on & off review

持續地審視和優化工作流程，確保技術團隊的工作流程標準化

Manage the cost control of projects delivery (Planning, Deployment, Maintenance)

負責項目的成本控制和執行（包括規劃、部署及維護）

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

執行其他指派的工作

條件要求 Job Requirements

Diploma in IT/Computer/Electrical Engineering/Communications engineering

具有資訊科技／電腦／電機工程／通訊工程或相關領域的文憑，

or At least 3 years experiences on relevant engineering/ ELV operations or project management

或具有3年或以上相關工程、弱電系統營運或項目管理經驗

Familiar on AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PPT), Chinese input

熟悉 AutoCAD、Microsoft Office（Word / Excel / PPT）及中文輸入法
