Duties:

1. Handling and following up customer’s enquiries in both offline and online channels
2. Work closely with related teams in other regional CGV offices
3. Assist Manager at cinema daily operation
4. Supervise the cinema team to carry out assigned tasks
5. Responsible for Theatre management & cinema daily operation
6. Release weekly rosters to frontline staff
7. Work closely with Theatre Manager and Supervisors in administrative duties, such as drafting sales report and other proposals, carrying out sales analysis etc.
8. Assisting and supporting any operation duties/ other ad hoc duties as assigned

1. Diploma holder in any discipline
2. At least 2 years working experience within 1 year supervisor level
3. Good customer service attitude, enthusiasm and professional performance, active and independent
4. Positive working attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese is essential, Mandarin preferred
6. Interest in developing a career in the cinema industry
7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Willing work on shift
9. Immediate available is preferred
