Responsibilities:

• Provide premium service to customers
• Handle telephone booking, ticketing and check-in registration
• To maintain scheduling and provide administrative support;
• Communication with vendors and suppliers on various issues when needed;
• Monitor all internal and external activities including company operations arrangement and office maintenance;

Requirements:

• Secondary School education or above
• Customer service experience an advantage
• Good customer service and telephone manners
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Shift duty is required but over-night work is not necessary
