Job Responsibilities: • Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled. • Be familiar with the up-selling program, e.g. up-sell the Club rooms & suites. • Prepare the guest room amenities, welcome letter, and ensure VIP rooms are in tip-top condition prior to arrival. • Attend to guest complaints and facilitate solutions through effective coordination with the appropriate departments. • Introduce the hotel facilities to guests and anticipate their needs. • Generate quality guest preferences through every interaction with guests. • Ensure all preferences for arrival processes are attended to; catch any single opportunity to anticipate and comply with guests' needs. • Engage and create a good experience for guests by using empowerment. Job Requirements: • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Chinese, English and Korean with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding. • Ability to work flexible hours. • At least one year working experience in the hospitality industry. • Must be service-oriented.
