Our client is a Security Service Company in Macau. They are now looking for Operations Manager / Director to join them.
Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling, deployment, and supervision of security guards, surveillance staff, and other operational personnel.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, security protocols, and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and security audits for clients to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of security equipment, systems, and technology (e.g., access control, CCTV, alarm systems).
Serve as the primary liaison between the operations team and clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
Analyze security incidents and breaches, and lead the investigation and reporting process.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, HR, finance) to ensure the integration of operations with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and service expansion.
Provide training and professional development for the operations team to maintain and enhance their skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to private security operations.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for graduates in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of management experience in operations.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
Proficient in the use of relevant computer software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and excellent logical thinking ability.
Able to work under pressure and can independently lead different departments to perform overall operations.
Familiar with the market conditions in Macau's security, property management, facility management, and engineering maintenance service areas.
Knowledgeable about the relevant laws, regulations, and content related to the above service areas.
Holders of a Macau driving license and "CIH" / "Property Management Professional Certificate" are preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
