MACAUPORT - Sociedade de Administração de Portos, S.A., incorporated in 1987, a concessionaire to operate the Ká-Hó Port 九澳 Container Terminal.

We are now looking for talent to fill the following position:

Job Description

Resources Planning and Deployment

Ensure the daily allocation of manpower and equipment are sufficient to serve the activities at the Container Terminal.
Ensure the Container Terminal activities are conducted in a professional, safe and secure manner, at all times.

Problem Solving

Lead and motivate the team and make sure that all operations issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the terminal users and the Company.

Compliance

Ensure operation of the Container Terminal is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and related international industry standards.

Financial Planning and Management

Preparation of annual budget for Operations and the development plans for the Container Terminal.
Ensure the cost control measures are implemented and in line with the approved budget.

Business Development

Strategic Thinking

Continually review, plan and implement operational strategies to ensure the growth and development of Container Terminal and its related business.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
At least 5 years proven experiences in operations management.
Preferable with knowledge of concerned regulations and compliance standards.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proficient in office automation software applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
