The Wynn Palace SkyCab is the first cable car system of its kind in Asia. The system is a 6-passenger monocable detachable gondola ropeway, travelling around the performance lake of Wynn Palace, Macau (Cotai).

Doppelmayr Macau Limitada is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the SkyCab.

The System Operator is employed by "Doppelmayr Macau Limitada" and is responsible for monitoring the Wynn Palace SkyCab during all modes of operation and supporting the technical team in the regular upkeep of the system.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating the system
• Monitoring all aspects of the Wynn Palace SkyCab from the platform and the control room
• Compile accurate and up-to-date operation and maintenance logs
• Perform daily operational inspections
• Participate in the daily upkeep of the Wynn Palace SkyCab and maintenance facilities. This may include hands-on involvement in the maintenance schedule and associated practical works
• Follow all the issued operational, maintenance and safety protocols, procedures and directives to ensure overall compliance and the safety of the passengers and personnel of the Wynn Palace SkyCab
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in the resolution of operational disturbances
• Assist in emergency evacuation procedures

• Proven education such as high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicants must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English language fluently
• The ability to speak, understand, read and write in Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) language is a plus
• Applicants must be willing and able to work indoor and outdoor, even during hot / cold / rainy weather conditions
• The job will require some manual handling, therefore applicants must be physically fit to perform the tasks that the job may require
• Applicants must not have fear of height
• Computer literacy and the ability to easily understand the training provided for the use of the digital applications and softwares used by the Company is a must
• Successful applicants will be working as part of an international team, therefore a positive attitude, team-work and good communication skills are essential and a must
• Only applicants in possess of a Macau ID will be considered

• Full training will be provided
• Shift pattern is normally 4 days on + 2 days off, alternating early and late shifts (this is not fixed therefore it may variate from time to time)
