服務大使 Service Ambassador (Ref: VIPAMB)

工作職責
 
  • 主動與客人溝通、介紹本娛樂場及酒店之特色、設施、所享優惠及其使用方法，並鼓勵客人成為會員。
  • 為客人講解及辦理會籍申請、協助兌換籌碼、領取禮品及協助完成公司之推廣活動等工作。
  • 協助接送客人穿梭往返碼頭及娛樂場酒店。
  • 主動為客人解答查詢、提供適當協助及優質的客戶服務。
  • 支援主管處理娛樂場場內之一般運作及文書工作。
  • 協助貴賓廳辦理酒店入住手續。

職位要求

  • 具中五畢業或以上程度。
  • 樣貌端莊整潔，有團隊精神、善於與客人溝通；談吐、待人有禮，性格開朗及態度誠懇親切。
  • 操流利的廣東話或普通話，懂基本英語應對更佳。
  • 須二十四小時輪班工作。
  • 有相關工作經驗者優先。
