To cope with our rapid expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to fill the following position: Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the customer base. Generate demand in all licensed casinos, managing closely the full process with the team to its completion. Analyze sales numbers and trends in relation to objectives, targets, and competitive activities. Lead staff, train and evaluate performance to develop and control sales and marketing programs. Create, implement, and manage the marketing plan and activity, such as trade shows and customer events. Conduct marketing research for products and competitors. Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness. Monitor, prepare, and report on marketing communications and sales activity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in BA, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the gaming industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
