Job Description: • Handles daily administrative work team of RPMD • Handles Sales coding work • Handles VR roster and attendance • Handles meeting coordination and meeting recap • Handles petty cashes • Handles human resources and training coordination • Provide all necessary support to counter operations and relevant departments • Handle Sourcing and Procurement work for the department • Handle fixed asset counting of offices and counters • To procure and maintain stock levels of membership counter and redemption center that are necessary for operations • Maintain departmental fixed asset in systemic way Job Requirement: • Bachelor degree holder or above • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required • Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large casino • Knowledge of strong organizational skills • Good Knowledge of Gaming Management and Customer Service • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Knowledge of Photoshop and AutoCAD • Possess a high degree of judgment and initiative • Possess excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal, oral and written communications, team building, problem-solving skills • Be detail-oriented, self-motivated and prioritize multiple tasks • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information • Get along with fellow employees and work as a team • Be willing to work any day and any shift • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies • Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the casino Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Recruitment Hotline 8982 0288 / 8297 0931
