Job Responsibilities
 

• Machine Maintenance: Perform installation, testing, software upgrades, game conversions, refurbishment, and advanced troubleshooting for slot machines.
• DAD Product: Execute installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for DAD devices.
• CMS Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for DAD and Akash CMS systems.
• Field Service: Respond promptly to field service requests and manage the on-call duty phone to provide immediate support.
• Inventory Management: Maintain strict control over spare parts inventory to ensure operational readiness.
• Logistics: Assist with the delivery and handling of equipment and goods as required.

• Residency: Must hold a valid Macau ID.
• Education: High School Diploma or above; certifications in Electronics or Networking are highly preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical support; direct experience with slot machines is a significant advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin); proficiency in written and spoken English is a bonus.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on attitude (willing to perform manual labor and technical "dirty work").
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel for business trips.
• License: A valid Macau driving license is preferred.

• 現場服務：迅速響應現場服務請求，並管理待命電話以提供即時支援。
• 庫存管理：嚴格管控備件庫存，確保運作準備就緒。
• 物流支援：按需要協助設備與貨物的交付及處理。

• 居住要求：必須持有有效的澳門身份證。
• 學歷要求：高中或以上學歷；具電子或網絡相關證書者優先考慮。
• 經驗要求：具備技術支援經驗；有角子機直接經驗者尤佳。
• 語言能力：流利中文（粵語/普通話）；具英語書寫及會話能力者更佳。
• 具備出色的問題解決能力，能獨立工作。
• 能在快節奏環境中處理多項任務。
• 積極動手態度（願意從事體力勞動及技術性「髒活」）。
• 流動性：願意因公出差。
• 駕駛執照：持有有效的澳門駕駛執照者優先。
