As a key liaisonn between customers and the workshop team, you will be responsible for delivering professional and high-quality automotive aftersales services, including:
作為客戶與維修團隊之間的重要橋樑，您將負責提供專業及優質的汽車售後服務，包括：

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
  接待客戶並了解其車輛保養及維修需求
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance, and related services.
  解答客戶有關車輛維修、保養及服務的查詢
• Monitor repair progress and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
  跟進維修進度，並與客戶保持良好溝通
• Provide professional repair recommendations and cost estimates to customers.
  為客戶提供專業的維修建議及報價方案
• Handle relevant aftersales service documentation and maintain accurate system records.
  處理相關售後服務文件及系統記錄
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  建立及維繫良好的客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度

Job Requirements 入職要求:

• Secondary school graduate or above.
  中學畢業或以上學歷
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  具汽車行業工作經驗者優先考慮
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented with a positive service attitude.
  工作積極主動、責任感強，具良好的服務態度
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  擁有良好的人際溝通能力
• Good written and spoken Chinese, with basic written and spoken English proficiency.
  具良好的中文書寫及會話能力，並具備基本英文書寫及會話能力
• Proficient in computer applications and general office software.
  熟悉電腦文書操作及一般辦公軟件應用
• Hold a valid private car driving licence is an advantage.
  持有效輕型汽車駕駛執照者優先考慮

Working Hours 工作時間:

• Mon - Fri 星期一至五 08:30 - 18:30 (午膳時間1小時)
• Sat 星期六 09:00-18:00 (長短週)
