Key responsibilities: • Responsibility for a range of general administrative functions including liaison with overseas parties and branched, correspondence, forwarding of invoices, receipts and filing of various returns; • Administrative, review, clerical and general support to technical works for all jurisdictions; • Update and maintain database in company system; • Handle inquiries from clients regarding the maintenance/ filing of offshore companies; • Manage phone cells, email activity from clients regarding the maintenance of offshore companies; • Handle other miscellaneous enquiries Key requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy; • Strong team player, organizational and administrative skills; • Excellent standard of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin beneficial; • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel 主要職責: • 負責一系列一般行政職能,包括與海外方和分支機構的聯絡、信函處理、發票和收據的轉發以及各種申報文件的歸檔; • 為所有司法管轄區的技術工作提供行政、審查、文書和一般支持; • 更新和維護公司系統中的數據庫; • 處理客戶有關離岸公司維護/申報的查詢; • 管理客戶有關離岸公司維護的電話和電子郵件活動; • 處理其他雜項查詢。 主要要求: • 擁有商業管理、法律或相關領域的學士學位; • 強大的問題解決和分析能力; • 強大的組織能力和對細節的關注,具備出色的質量和準確性; • 強大的團隊合作精神、組織和行政能力; • 優秀的英語口語和書寫能力,懂粵語和普通話者優先; • 熟練掌握Microsoft Word和Excel。
