Core Agent (PBX+Reservations)

The CORE Agent ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the hotel’s phone and operating systems. CORE includes Reservations functions between guests, casino, wholesalers, Travel agents and other different stake holders. Communications between all guests and different services of the hotel, directly or indirectly associated with CORE.
