WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • I ensure Cash office procedures are followed SOP guidelines and follow up any unusual case when I do the day end report. Also, I follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of all monies received.
  • I support and secure check-out coworkers have the knowledge, confidence, responsibility, authority and desire to support customer payment that they achieve this in an efficient and simple way.
  • I work with CR Manager, to implement global solutions, services and tools that support easy and fast check out, and a safe and secure working environment.
  • I follow cash handling procedures to ensure money handling is securely managed.
  • I maintain relations with external and internal partners eg cash in Transit company.
  • I am available to support the check-out coworkers when they cannot resolve a customer’s need, dealing positively and quickly with issues raised by our customers and act on customers' feedback so as to ensure customers leave with a positive impression of the IKEA store and want to come back and shop more frequently with us.
  • I support when needed in the customer services area on resolve customer’s need, dealing positively and quickly with issues raised and coaching my co-workers to do the same.
  • I analyse customer-related and financial key performance indicators and act with relevant stakeholders on the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and other cost drivers.
  • I know the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals & targets given to me by my manager, which ensures the effective execution of our action plan.
  • I ensure operational excellence in daily operations in order to enhance the easy buying experience.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

44 work hours per week, 6 to 7 days Rest Day per month, Annual Fixed Bonus, Public Holiday, Paid Leave (e.g. 12 to 18 days Annual Leave, 14 weeks Maternity Leave, 5 days Paternity Leave, 1 week Marriage Leave), Employee Medical Coverage, Staff Purchase Discount, Birthday Coupon, Healthy Staff Meal, Excellent Career Path, Multinational Working Environment
